6oz fillet of Cajun seasoned baked fish with lemon herbs over a bed of seasoned rice. Served with a side of our veggie of the day.

5 Layer Lasagna

Our homemade 5 layer lasagna, with fresh ground beef, homemade Italian sausage, ricotta cheese and buffalo milk mozzarella. Served with salad and side of the day.

Mimi's Pork Roast

My mimi's recipe of thick hearty chunk of pork loin, with tender new potatoes, baby carrots, celery, and sweet onions in a roux of gravy. Served with 2 sides

Lemon Chicken Over Rice

4oz oven Roasted chicken breast marinated in fresh citrus, parsley then placed over seasoned rice. Served with side of the day.

Chicken Salad Sandwich

Oven roasted chicken breast with fresh vegetables, seasonings, on a soft roll, with leaf lettuce and cheese. Come with your choice of chips, fruit or cup of soup.

Triple Decker Sandwich

Fresh ham, turkey, and bacon, cheddar cheese, garden tomatoes and green leaf lettuce between three layers of stacked toasted bread and aioli mayo. Comes with your choice of chips, fruit or cup of soup.

Garden Eater
