Chef John created his unique flavors with passion and over 35 years of restaurant experience. Therefore, we serve restaurant-quality food, and our bus becomes a BUSTAURANT. The uniqueness of the flavors is lying in Chef John’s recipe creations of the sauces and meals. His recipe of the jerk sauce and cilantro cream sauce produces his unique Jerk Chicken Nacho.
