BUBUSAN is expanding from Time Out Market Miami and NYC and is launching a food truck in Miami. BUBUSAN first launched its fun sushi concept at Time Out Market Miami which has been nothing but success with locals and beach tourists. People flock for their omakase boxes, à la carte sushi, and magic pizza, a BUBUSAN creation topped with the freshest cuts of fish, onion, and decadent truffle oil that sits upon a crispy base. Now, Miami's Magic Pizza is taking the streets. The truck does not have an engine so it does require a trailer.
