A medley of carrots, cucumbers, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onions avocados and sliced bean patty wrapped in a spinach burrito shell with Ashanti's special dressing. Served by itself

Organic Veggie Roti

Chick peas stewed in carrots and potatoes and seasoned with fresh herbs served over a Dhal Puri roti shell

Halal Jerk Wings

Party wings marinated in a spicy sauce with allspice and a variety of fresh herbs and spices

Red Snapper

Served whole or filleted. Customer has a choice to have His/her Snapper steamed or fried and smothered with a creole sauce

Halal BBQ Chicken

1/2 baked chicken marinated with herbs and spices smothered in our Calypso BBQ sauce and served with our oven roasted potatoes

Tilapia

Served steamed or fried and smothered with a creole sauce

Halal Beef Brisket

This slow cooked Halal Beef Brisket is seasoned to perfection and smothered in our Calypso BBQ sauce and served with oven roasted potatoes
